Yesterday we had a great meeting and we welcomed Jordan Langan as our newest business member with Edward Jones. Jordan is originally from northern Illinois and graduated from Oklahoma State where she was on the Equestrian Team. Jordan – welcome to Bellevue and we look forward to your active participation in our Club.
We also enjoyed a presentation by Jobe Corn, Director of the Bellevue Food Bank which operates out of the Bellevue Methodist Church. The Bellevue Food Bank is a very worthy endeavor and we encourage everyone possible to support their activities where they distribute food to needy Bellevue residents from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm. BELL Garden is an active supporter during the growing season and has volunteer days on Tuesday afternoons and Saturday mornings.
Our next meeting will be held on February 20th at the Bellevue Diner at 7:30 am and will feature Allen Thompson, President of the Bellevue Harpeth Chamber. You won’t want to miss Allen’s presentation and all of the activities of the very active Bellevue Harpeth Chamber.
Attending yesterday were Bob Allen, Scott Clinton, Tom Drake, Brad Emmett, Sharon Hurt, Edith Johnston, Jordan Langan, Clyde Ramey, Brugh Reynolds (non-member guest), and Jobe Corn (guest speaker).
This coming Saturday, February 10th the Tennessee District Exchange winter meeting will be held in Murfreesboro. Please contact Tom Drake if you would like to attend.
